自然分布的风箱果(Physocarpus amurensis )自然更新能力较差。通过对采自风箱果枝条不同部位的插穗采用不同药剂、不同浓度及不同处理时间的扦插试验,研究了风箱果嫩枝扦插的生根效果。结果表明:100 mg L-1 IBA处理5 min的插穗生根效果较好;经100 mg L-1 IBA处理5 min的插穗,其中枝条梢部插穗的生根率最高,达92.22%,中部和下部插穗的生根率差别不大。

The natural regeneration capacity of naturally-distributed Physocarpus amurensis is much poor.Cutting experiments of different aqents,concentration &time on different parts of cuttings for Physocarpusamurensis were conducted.The roooting effcet of softwood cuttings of Physocarpus amurensis were studied.Result shows that :the rooting rate of cutting is greatly improved by treating with 100 mg L-1 IBA for five minutes;the rooting rate of cut-tings of top branch are maximized (92.22%)by treating with 100 mg L-1 IBA for five minutes.The rooting rate of the middle & lower cutting has little difference.
