采用双因素随机区组设计,研究了叶面肥和透光度对细叶青蒌藤扦插苗生长和质量影响。结果表明:叶面肥对细叶青蒌藤扦插苗的生长和质量存在着正效应,透光度对细叶青蒌藤扦插苗的生长和苗木质量有着负效应。叶面肥与透光度对细叶青蒌藤扦插苗生长量指标的新梢鲜质量、新梢长度、叶片数量、叶面积与地下根系鲜质量、主根数量有着极显著性影响;叶面肥因素作用高于透光度因素;叶面肥与透光度双因素在细叶青蒌藤扦插苗的梢鲜质量、叶片数量、叶面积性状方面存在显著性或极显著性的交互作用。
採用雙因素隨機區組設計,研究瞭葉麵肥和透光度對細葉青蔞籐扢插苗生長和質量影響。結果錶明:葉麵肥對細葉青蔞籐扢插苗的生長和質量存在著正效應,透光度對細葉青蔞籐扢插苗的生長和苗木質量有著負效應。葉麵肥與透光度對細葉青蔞籐扢插苗生長量指標的新梢鮮質量、新梢長度、葉片數量、葉麵積與地下根繫鮮質量、主根數量有著極顯著性影響;葉麵肥因素作用高于透光度因素;葉麵肥與透光度雙因素在細葉青蔞籐扢插苗的梢鮮質量、葉片數量、葉麵積性狀方麵存在顯著性或極顯著性的交互作用。
채용쌍인소수궤구조설계,연구료협면비화투광도대세협청루등천삽묘생장화질량영향。결과표명:협면비대세협청루등천삽묘적생장화질량존재착정효응,투광도대세협청루등천삽묘적생장화묘목질량유착부효응。협면비여투광도대세협청루등천삽묘생장량지표적신소선질량、신소장도、협편수량、협면적여지하근계선질량、주근수량유착겁현저성영향;협면비인소작용고우투광도인소;협면비여투광도쌍인소재세협청루등천삽묘적소선질량、협편수량、협면적성상방면존재현저성혹겁현저성적교호작용。
Effects of foliage fertilizer & transparency on growth & quality of the cuttings of Piper kadsura were studied by means of two-factor randomized block design.Result shows that:effects of foliage fertilizer on the growth and seedling quality are positive,but effects of transparency are negative.Foliage fertilizer & transparency have very significant impacts on seedling quality of new shoot length,fresh weight of new shoot,leaf number,leaf area and root fresh weight,main root number of growth indicators of foliage fertilizer have very significant effects. Effect is higher than transparency.Two-factor (foliage fertilizer & transparency)have a significant or very signifi-cant interaction on the fresh weight of new shoot,leaf number,leaf area of the cuttings of Piperkadsura.
