Deep teaching focuses on deepening and widening the fundamental teaching contents based on the integrity of the knowledge system. A deep teaching was demonstrated inChemical Engineering Experiment by takingDetermination of the Convection Heat Transfer Coefficient for Atmosphere-Vapor as an example in order to induce the students to deeply understand the basic theory and knowledge and to help them to gradually establish their engineering concept.
