为探索不同栽培模式对莲藕萌芽及产量产值的影响,以东河早藕为试验材料,利用大棚、小拱棚及露地栽培模式改变莲藕生长环境温度,通过温度变化的跟踪分析,探求温度与莲藕萌芽的关系。结果表明,莲藕大棚、小拱棚栽培模式,主要通过促进莲藕前期生长实现早收增收,其中钱叶抽生时间分别比露地栽培模式提早21 d和18 d,具有较好的促进萌发的作用;终止叶抽生期分别比露地栽培模式提前25 d和7 d,早熟作用明显,但单位面积产量并无优势。此外,东河早藕在日平均温度12~13℃时约10 d即可萌芽,与各地报道莲萌发温度在13~15℃有差异。因此,早熟莲藕以大棚、小拱棚覆盖栽培较为适宜。

To explore the effects of different cultivation modes on germination, yield and output value of lotus root. We planted the lotus root cultivar Donghezao'ou under three cultivation modes, including greenhouse coverage, small arch coverage and open field. By tracking and analyzing the temperature change of cultivation environment, we explore relation between temperature variety and lotus root germination. The results showed that lotus root cultivated with greenhouse coverage or small arch coverage could reach an early harvest and got more revenue by promoting the early growth of lotus root. The development time of the first leave of lotus root cultivated with greenhouse coverage or small arch coverage were 21 days and 18 days earlier than that of the open field cultivation, respectively. Cultivated with greenhouse coverage or small arch coverage could obviously promote germination of lotus root, but there was no advantage on yield. The development time of the terminal leave of lotus root cultivated with greenhouse coverage or small arch coverage were 25 days and 7 days earlier than that of the open field cultivation, respectively. Furthermore, Donghezao'ou germinated when the average daily temperature was at 12-13℃ for 10 days, which was different from previous research result as 13-15℃. So, greenhouse coverage or small arch coverage modes were more suitable for early-maturing lotus root.
