This article simply introduced the working principle and control methods of three phase SPWM inverter, focused on the analysis of low harmonics in three phase SPWM inverter, and further analyzed the effects of the low harmonic caused by three-phase SPWM inverter in different dead band time through the Matlab/Simulink simulation.
