An initial reconnaissance path planning layout model for UAV was studied with emphasis on dealing with detecting threat and firepower threat. Detecting threat was converted to firepower threat according to the different nature. It inducts the coefficient of cross to appraise the influence on path with different threat. It accords with the practice of the battlefield.
