网格化因其先进的资源获取和分享能力,具有即时监控、可持续性治理、多元化治理的优势,能对管理对象进行精确定位和有效控制,并调用社会多元治理主体的能力实行长效治理,能运用到区域空气污染的治理之中。本文在确立区域空气污染治理范围的基础上,设计多层次维格,实现区域空气污染监控、预警、处理和维持的网格化治理。

As the advanced ability of resource acquisition and sharing, grid has the advantages of synchronous monitoring, sustainable and diversified management. It is able to make accurate position and effective control of management object, and mobilize society governance body's ability to implement long-term governance. Thus grid governance can be applied to the management of regional air pollution. This paper, based on establishing regional air pollution control range, designs multi-level grid to achieve the grid management of pollution monitoring, early warning, processing and maintenance of regional air.
