在“长江三峡国际黄金旅游带”的构建中，要以保护生态环境为根本和切入点；以大力加强基础设施建设为坚实依托；以积极调整产业结构为关键和主线，正确认识所谓的“产业空心化”问题；以整合文化旅游资源、确立科学的旅游战略为重要举措；采取一系列切实可行的对策，使“长江三峡国际黄金旅游节”的全面构建得以尽快实施，并在我国社会主义和谐社会的构建中发挥重要作用。
在“長江三峽國際黃金旅遊帶”的構建中，要以保護生態環境為根本和切入點；以大力加彊基礎設施建設為堅實依託；以積極調整產業結構為關鍵和主線，正確認識所謂的“產業空心化”問題；以整閤文化旅遊資源、確立科學的旅遊戰略為重要舉措；採取一繫列切實可行的對策，使“長江三峽國際黃金旅遊節”的全麵構建得以儘快實施，併在我國社會主義和諧社會的構建中髮揮重要作用。
재“장강삼협국제황금여유대”적구건중，요이보호생태배경위근본화절입점；이대력가강기출설시건설위견실의탁；이적겁조정산업결구위관건화주선，정학인식소위적“산업공심화”문제；이정합문화여유자원、학립과학적여유전략위중요거조；채취일계렬절실가행적대책，사“장강삼협국제황금여유절”적전면구건득이진쾌실시，병재아국사회주의화해사회적구건중발휘중요작용。
In the “construction in the Three Gorges International Tourism Zone”,to protect the ecological environment is the foundation and starting point.It is also important to strengthen infrastructure construction as the solid support,to ac-tively adjust the industrial structure as the key and the main line,a correct understanding of the so-called “industry hol-lowing”problem,to integrate the cultural tourism resources,establish scientific tourism strategy as an important meas-ure,and take a series of feasible countermeasures for the construction of the Three Gorges Reservoir area.The compre-hensive construction can be implemented as soon as possible,to achieve sustainable development.In China’s socialist harmonious society construction they play an important role.
