采用乳液聚合法制备了甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯( IBOMA)改性水性聚氨酯( WPU)复合乳液,探索了引发剂种类和用量、反应温度、WPU与IBOMA质量比以及保温时间对复合乳液性能的影响,同时采用正交试验对反应条件进行了优化,确定了适宜的反应条件为:IBOMA与WPU固体组分质量比为1∶3,引发剂APS用量为单体质量的0.4%,反应温度80℃,保温熟化2 h。在此条件下,单体IBOMA平均转化率为95?80%,平均吸水率为5?73%,平均拉伸强度为27?8 MPa。并通过FT-IR、TEM、TG等测试方法对该复合材料的性能进行了表征,结果表明:所得乳液为核壳结构,乳液稳定性良好。

The composite emulsion of waterborne polyurethane( WPU) modified by isobornyl methacrylate( IBOMA) was prepared by emulsion polymerization method. The effects of types and dosage of initiator, mass ratio of IBOMA and WPU ( solid component) , reaction temperature and holding time on properties of the composite emulsion were investigated. The optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal test. Eventually, it was determined that the best conditions of WPU modified by IBOMA were m( IBOMA)∶m( WPU)=1∶3, 0.4% APS as the initiator ( based on the mass of monomer) , reaction temperature 80 ℃ and holding time 2 h. Under the above conditions, the average monomer conversion of IBO-MA was 95?80%, average water absorption was 5.73%, and average tensile strength was 27.80 MPa. The properties of the composite were characterized by FT-IR, TEM and TG. The results showed that the emulsion with core-shell structure was abtained, and its stability was good as well.
