院建立了一种筛选皮革中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的方法。以丙酮为萃取溶剂,在40益下微波萃取30 min,萃取液经离子迁移谱检测,可实现对6种邻苯二甲酸酯的快速筛选。该方法简便快速,灵敏度高,各邻苯二甲酸酯检测低限在7~180 mg/kg之间,满足欧盟REACH法规限量检测要求。

A screening method for the determination of phthalates plasticizers in leather using ion mobility spectroscopy is presented in this paper. The samples were extracted at 40℃ for 30 min by ultrasonic using acetone as the extracting solvent. The extract was analyzed by ion mobility spectroscopy, which enables the fast screening of 6 phthalates. The detection limit of each phthalate is between 7-180 mg/kg, which meets the determination requirement of REACH regulation.
