矿井热害治理是煤矿安全生产面临的重大问题。通过分析赵楼矿热害现状和现有降温系统存在的问题,对应用全风量井口降温技术解决热害问题的可行性进行了分析,提出了应用全风量井口降温技术治理矿井热害的系统和方法,并阐述了井口大风量空气处理技术及井口封闭技术。与传统降温技术相比,该系统的初投资和运行费用小,系统运行维护方便,系统设备无需防爆,有较高的安全性。

Mine thermal damage treatment is the maj or issue of coal mine safety production??This paper is based on the analysis of the thermal damage situation and existing problems within the cur-rent mine cooling system in Zhaolou coal mine??This paper proposes the system and the method of the mine ventilation cooling technology to solve the heat damage problems??It also analyses the feasibility of the application of technology??Air processing technology and wellhead sealing techniques have been pres-ented??Compared with traditional cooling technology,initial investment and running costs of this system are less??The maintenance of the system is very convenient,in addition it provides higher safety levels without the requirement of explosion-proof equipment.
