通过构建模拟煤矿事故场景的试验系统，对受试志愿者进行模拟事故前后生理指标的测量，分析事故受困人员生理特征及变化规律，进而研究心理变化发展规律。研究表明，事故中受困人员因遭受突发事故会产生强烈的心理和生理反应，心理反应表现为急躁、不安、焦虑、恐惧、绝望等；生理反应表现为生理指标血压、心率、呼吸等系统发生变化，且主要指标之间存在极强的相关性。受困人员的心理变化通过生理指标变化反应出来，受困人员的心理状态变化相当快也相当复杂，他们的心理状态在很大程度上决定了他们能否生还，同时，也会直接影响救援人员的心理。

By aid of the construction of simulation test system of coal mine accident scene, the physiological indexes of trial volunteers before and after the accident were tested,and their psychological change rules were studied after the analysis on their physiological characteristics and change rules??The results showed that a sudden accident would result in some psychological and physiological responses to those stranded persons??The former would be impatience,restless-ness,anxiety,fear,despair,etc;the latter would be physiological index change including blood pressure,heart rate and breathing system,and main indexes presented strong correlation?? In other words,the psychological changes of the stranded persons were reflected through physiolog-ical index changes,which were fast and quite complex?? Their mental state,to a great extent, would determine whether they could survive,and would directly affect the psychological situation of rescue workers at the same time.
