目前矿井采煤设备正朝着大功率、重型化的方向发展，一些设备的重量已经超过了运输绞车的设计能力。为了解决此类问题，山煤集团与中国矿业大学等单位共同研发了斜井过重设备用动滑轮牵引装置，提高了绞车一倍的运输能力，解决了重型设备整体运输的问题并应用于液压支架的斜井运输，既节约了成本和工作时间，又减少了劳动强度，提高了工作效率。
