为了加强企业的安全生产管理水平、提高企业的生产效率以及加强对煤炭企业职工的考勤管理，东辰煤炭集团依托当前发达的信息化网络技术和生物识别技术，研究并设计了分布式架构下的双重生物识别考勤管理平台，介绍了该平台的总体设计思路，分析了该平台的网络架构，并对职工管理、考勤管理、数据分析和分布式管理4个功能子系统进行了详细的阐述，实际应用表明，该考勤管理平台实现了日常考勤的规范化和流程化，全面提升了东辰煤炭集团的考勤管理水平。

In order to strengthen production safety management level,to improve production efficiency and to strengthen staff attendance management,Dongchen Coal Group,relying on the advanced information network technology and the biological recognition technology, has re-searched and designed the attendance management platform based on dual biological recognition under the distributed architecture??Its overall design was introduced,its network architecture was analyzed,and its four functional subsystems,including staff management,attendance manage-ment,data analysis and distributed management, were expounded??The practical application showed that the attendance management platform realized the standardized and procedural daily attendance and comprehensively enhanced the attendance management level in Dongchen Coal Group.
