高效合理的信息流转模式是有效实施空中进攻作战的前提和重要保障。针对空中进攻作战信息流转模式构建问题,给出了基于复杂网络理论的信息流转模式基本定义,解析了空中进攻作战3个阶段的情报保障、作战指挥和武器控制信息的流转关系。引入区间数概念及运算规则,以信息流量、信息质量和传输时间为优化目标,构建了基于区间数的空中进攻作战信息流转模式多目标规划模型,结合线性加权法和区间数满意度,将其划归为单目标确定型两层嵌套优化模型,并利用微分进化算法进行求解。最后结合实例,验证了该模型与方法的合理性与可行性。

An efficient and reasonable information flowing pattern is the precondition and important guaran-tee for effective implementation of an air offensive campaign (AOC).To construct an information flowing pat-tern for AOC,basic definitions of the information flowing pattern are given based on the complex network theo-ry,and the information flowing relationships between intelligence security,operational command and weapon control in the three stages of AOC are analyzed.By introducing the concept and operation rules of the interval number,and taking information flow,information quality and transmission time as optimization targets,the multi-objective programming model of the information flowing pattern for AOC based on the interval number is constructed.Combined with methods of linear weight and interval number satisfaction,the model is translated into a two-level nesting optimization problem of signal-objective with a certain type,and the differential evolve-ment algorithm is chosen to solve it.Finally,the rationality and feasibility of the model and method are verified through a specific example.
