目的探讨阿德福韦酯联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的疗效.方法选择符合标准的患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组应用拉米夫定,观察组应用阿德福韦酯联合拉米夫定,比较治疗效果.结果治疗6个月后,两组患者血清AST及ALT水平较治疗前均下降(P＜0.05),但治疗后两组的AST水平和ALT水平的差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗后,观察组患者外周血中HBV DNA含量低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组患者外周血CD4+T细胞计数高于对照组(P＜0.05)、CD8+T细胞计数低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论阿德福韦酯联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的效果优于单独应用拉米夫定.

Objective To investigate the effects of adefovir dipivoxil combined with lamivudine on the patients with chronic viral hepatitis type B (CHB).Methods A total of 80 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (n =40) and the control group (n =40).The control group used lamivudine,while the observation group used adefovir dipivoxil combined with lamivudine.The therapeutic effects on both groups were compared.Results Six months after the therapies,the serum AST and ALT levels in the patients of both groups decreased when compared with those before the therapies (P ＜0.05),but the AST level and ALT level after therapies has no significant differences between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The HBV DNA content in the peripheral blood in the patients of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05) after treatment.The CD4 + T cell count increased in both groups after therapies,while it is higher in observational group than control group (P ＜ 0.05).The CD8 +T cell count decreased in both groups,while it is fewer in observational group than control group after therapies (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Adefovir dipivoxil combined with lamivudine is helpful to treat CHB patients and the therapeutic effect is better than using lamivudine alone.
