目的：研究瑞代对2型糖尿病重症患者营养支持的影响。方法：将100例2型糖尿病重症患者随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组各50例，治疗组和对照组均采用鼻饲管持续滴入的方式，分别给予整蛋白型肠内营养剂（瑞代）和瑞素进行肠内营养支持。结果：与对照组相比，治疗组对血糖及PCT水平的控制具有明显差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：瑞代通过改善2型糖尿病重症患者的代谢状态，有助于改善病情，是进行营养支持的理想营养剂。
목적：연구서대대2형당뇨병중증환자영양지지적영향。방법：장100례2형당뇨병중증환자수궤분위량조，치료조화대조조각50례，치료조화대조조균채용비사관지속적입적방식，분별급여정단백형장내영양제（서대）화서소진행장내영양지지。결과：여대조조상비，치료조대혈당급PCT수평적공제구유명현차이，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：서대통과개선2형당뇨병중증환자적대사상태，유조우개선병정，시진행영양지지적이상영양제。
Objective:To evaluate the impact of fesubin dabetes in 100 type 2 diabetic grave patients. Methods:100 type 2 diabetic grave patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 50 patients each. Treatment group nasal feed fresubin diabetes by nasogastric tube, Control group nasal feed fresubin by nasogastric tube. Results:Compared with the control group, the blood glucose and PCT level of the treatment group was significantly controlled (P<0.05). Conclusion:Fresubin diabetes can improve the metabolism status of type 2 diabetic grave patients and be helpful for type 2 diabetics in improving the pathogenetic condition.
