Underframe is the main lord-carrying part for electric locomotive, the production capacity insufficiency of under-frame is a key restricting factor for locomotives’ batch production. If the underframe is manufactured according to the intro-duction of underframe assembling welding process, the production task can not be completed within the stipulated time. The corporation optimizes the HXD2 locomotive underframe's assembling welding process and improves production efficiency of HXD2 locomotive underframe by analyzing the introduction of underframe assembling welding process and combining the un-derframe assembling welding process what already has.
