通过对传统备料生产线的认识,结合现代生产物流系统分析与布置设计的理论知识,提出了改进传统备料生产线的认识与建议,包括对工艺路线的优化、模块化工艺平面的设计、科学及可行的生产计划的设计、有效的调度管理以及信息化管理系统的应用。通过在备料车间的实际应用,使生产物流得到极大的提高,极大地提高了车间的生产效率。

The modern production logistics systems engineering continuously to develop, systematize continuously optimized to improve, need to be better in all aspects of the production process optimization and improvement. This article by the aware-ness of the traditional preparation production line, combined with modern production and logistics systems analysis and layout design of the theory of knowledge, improved traditional preparation production line of understanding with the recommenda-tions presented, including the optimization of process routes, modular process plane’s design, scientific and feasible produc-tion plan design, effective scheduling management and the application of information management systems. Production logistics has been greatly improved through the practical application of a preparation plant, greatly improved the production efficiency of the workshop.
