通过对高、低空天气系统环流形势演变、物理量场分析得出:一是500 hPa和700 hPa在我国新疆以北形成一深厚冷低压系统;二是地面场上,在蒙古国中部到我国新疆中部有一狭长东西向锋区,且等压线密集;三是700 hPa和850 hPa均有一通畅的西南急流水汽输送带,且850 hPa上急流头延伸到忻州南部,为降水提供必要的来源。

By analyzing the evolution of weather systems, high, low circulation physical quantity field. The essay found 3 conclusions: firstly, 500 hPa, 700 hPa formed a deep cold low pressure system in our country to the north of Xinjiang. sec-ondly, the ground field formed dense and isobar in a narrow East-Westfrontal of the middle of Mongolia to central Xinjiang. thirdly, the southwest 700 hPa, 850 hPa have a fluent rapids water vapor conveyor belt, and the 850 hPa jet head to provide the necessary water vapor for precipitation. Its extends to the south of Xinzhou.
