目的：探讨膀胱转移癌的临床病理特点。方法回顾性分析48例膀胱转移癌患者的临床资料。结果全组患者膀胱出现转移时间为0～96个月，平均时间19．6个月。膀胱出现转移时间与TNM分期、有无其他脏器转移有关，TNM分期为IV期者较Ⅱ、Ⅲ期者膀胱出现转移时间早；膀胱出现转移时已伴有其他脏器转移者较无其他脏器转移者膀胱出现转移时间早。结论膀胱转移癌临床少见，预后较差。
목적：탐토방광전이암적림상병리특점。방법회고성분석48례방광전이암환자적림상자료。결과전조환자방광출현전이시간위0～96개월，평균시간19．6개월。방광출현전이시간여TNM분기、유무기타장기전이유관，TNM분기위IV기자교Ⅱ、Ⅲ기자방광출현전이시간조；방광출현전이시이반유기타장기전이자교무기타장기전이자방광출현전이시간조。결론방광전이암림상소견，예후교차。
Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of metastatic bladder cancer .Methods Clinical data of 48 patients with metastatic bladder cancer were retrospectively analyzed .Results The overall median time of bladder me-tastasis was 19.6 months,ranging from 0 to 96 months.The tumor staging and other organs metastasis were the main factors affect-ing the occurrence of bladder metastasis .Stage IV patients had earlier metastasis than that of the stage ⅡandⅢpatients,and pa-tients with other organ metastasis had earlier metastasis than that of without other organ metastasis .Conclusion The metastatic bladder cancer is rarely seen in clinical and has poor prognosis .
