目的：分析经后腹膜入路肾癌根治术中CO2吸收面积与吸收量的相互关系。方法对行后腹膜入路肾癌根治术的40例患者，在实施麻醉手术的过程中分别记录CO2吸收面积与CO2吸收量，对两组数据进行统计学分析，分析两者相关性，并形成回归方程。结果后腹膜入路肾癌根治术患者围术期CO2吸收量与吸收面积有相关性。回归方程：y＝-83．097＋0．925x。结论拟行后腹膜入路肾癌根治术时，可测量患者围术期CO2吸收量面积，通过回归方程计算CO2吸收量，评估患者安全。
목적：분석경후복막입로신암근치술중CO2흡수면적여흡수량적상호관계。방법대행후복막입로신암근치술적40례환자，재실시마취수술적과정중분별기록CO2흡수면적여CO2흡수량，대량조수거진행통계학분석，분석량자상관성，병형성회귀방정。결과후복막입로신암근치술환자위술기CO2흡수량여흡수면적유상관성。회귀방정：y＝-83．097＋0．925x。결론의행후복막입로신암근치술시，가측량환자위술기CO2흡수량면적，통과회귀방정계산CO2흡수량，평고환자안전。
Objective To analyze the relationship between the area and the amount of CO 2 absorbtion during retroperito-neal laparoscopic nephrectomy .Methods The area and the amount of CO 2 absorbtion were recorded during general anesthesia in 40 patients underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy ,the relationship was managed with statistical method ,and the re-gression equation was formulated .Results There was significant relationship between the area and the amount of CO 2 absorbtion during retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy .The regression equation was y=-83.097+0.925x.Conclusion The area of CO2 absorbtion during retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy can be measured to calculate the amount of CO 2 absorbtion with regression equation ,to ensure safety of patients .
