目的：观察研究宫颈癌患者围术期血清肿瘤标志物及MMP、HSP的变化情况。方法选取60例手术治疗的宫颈癌患者为观察组，并以同时期的60名健康同龄妇女为对照组，将观察组手术前1天和手术后第3、5、7、14天时的血清肿瘤标志物及MMP、HSP水平与对照组的进行统计与比较。结果观察组术前1天和术后第3、5、7、14天的血清肿瘤标志物水平均高于对照组，且术后水平均低于本组术前；观察组术前1天和术后第3、5、7天的血清MMP及HSP均高于对照组，P均＜0．05，但术后第14天2组的血清MMP及HSP则无明显差异，P＞0．05。结论宫颈癌患者围术期血清肿瘤标志物及MMP、HSP均呈现持续降低的趋势，但是肿瘤标志物降低速度相对更慢。
목적：관찰연구궁경암환자위술기혈청종류표지물급MMP、HSP적변화정황。방법선취60례수술치료적궁경암환자위관찰조，병이동시기적60명건강동령부녀위대조조，장관찰조수술전1천화수술후제3、5、7、14천시적혈청종류표지물급MMP、HSP수평여대조조적진행통계여비교。결과관찰조술전1천화술후제3、5、7、14천적혈청종류표지물수평균고우대조조，차술후수평균저우본조술전；관찰조술전1천화술후제3、5、7천적혈청MMP급HSP균고우대조조，P균＜0．05，단술후제14천2조적혈청MMP급HSP칙무명현차이，P＞0．05。결론궁경암환자위술기혈청종류표지물급MMP、HSP균정현지속강저적추세，단시종류표지물강저속도상대경만。
Objective To observe and study the change of serum tumor markers and MMP ,HSP in cervical carcinoma patients during the perioperative period .Methods 60 patients with cervical carcinoma were the observation group ,60 healthy women with the same age were the control group ,and the serum tumor markers and MMP ,HSP levels 1 day before the operation and at 3rd,5th,7th and 14th day after the operation of the 2 groups were analyzed and compared .Results The serum tumor markers in the observation group 1 day before the operation and at 3rd,5th,7th and 14th day after the operation were all higher than those of the control group ,and those levels after the operation were all lower than those before the operation ,the serum MMP and HSP 1 before the operation and at 3rd,5th and 7th after the operation were all higher than those of the control group ,all P<0.05,while the serum MMP and HSP of the 2 groups at 14th day after the operation had no obvious differences ,all P>0.05. Conclusion The serum tumor markers and MMP ,HSP of patients with cervical carcinoma during the perioperative period present trends of continuous decreasing ,while the decreasing speed of tumor markers is slower .
