目的:探讨DKK-1、GSK-3β、PGSK-3β在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及与其发生发展、临床病理特征的关系。方法收集病理组织标本:包括慢性宫颈炎25例,宫颈上皮内瘤变29例,宫颈鳞癌41例,采用免疫组织化学染色法分别检测其中DKK-1、GSK-3β、PGSK-3β的表达情况。结果慢性宫颈炎、宫颈上皮内瘤变组织中DKK-1阳性表达率均明显高于宫颈鳞癌(P<0.05)。慢性宫颈炎组织中GSK-3β阳性表达率明显高于宫颈癌组织(P<0.05),而PGSK-3β阳性表达率低于宫颈癌组织( P<0.05);DKK-1、PGSK-3β阳性表达与宫颈鳞癌组织分化、FIGO临床分期及有无淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05);PGSK-3β蛋白表达量CIN Ⅰ、CINⅡ~Ⅲ及宫颈鳞癌组织明显高于慢性宫颈炎组织(P<0.05);CINⅠ中PGSK-3β蛋白表达量明显高于宫颈癌组织(P<0.05)。结论 DKK-1、GSK-3β、PGSK-3β表达与宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展密切相关。

목적:탐토DKK-1、GSK-3β、PGSK-3β재궁경린암조직중적표체급여기발생발전、림상병리특정적관계。방법수집병리조직표본:포괄만성궁경염25례,궁경상피내류변29례,궁경린암41례,채용면역조직화학염색법분별검측기중DKK-1、GSK-3β、PGSK-3β적표체정황。결과만성궁경염、궁경상피내류변조직중DKK-1양성표체솔균명현고우궁경린암(P<0.05)。만성궁경염조직중GSK-3β양성표체솔명현고우궁경암조직(P<0.05),이PGSK-3β양성표체솔저우궁경암조직( P<0.05);DKK-1、PGSK-3β양성표체여궁경린암조직분화、FIGO림상분기급유무림파결전이현저상관(P<0.05);PGSK-3β단백표체량CIN Ⅰ、CINⅡ~Ⅲ급궁경린암조직명현고우만성궁경염조직(P<0.05);CINⅠ중PGSK-3β단백표체량명현고우궁경암조직(P<0.05)。결론 DKK-1、GSK-3β、PGSK-3β표체여궁경린암적발생、발전밀절상관。
Objective To investigate the expression of DKK-1,GSK-3βand PGSK-3βin squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix( SCC) ,and its relationship with the development and clinicopathological features of SCC .Methods 25 patients with chro-nic cervicitis,29 patients with CIN and 41 patients with SCC were selected .The expression of DKK-1,GSK-3β,PGSK-3βwere de-tected by immunohistochemistry technique .Results Expression rates of DKK-1in chronic cervicitis and CIN were significantly higher than that of the SCC(P<0.05);expression rate of GSK-3βin chronic cervicitis was significantly higher than that of the SCC(P<0.05);expression rate of PGSK-3βin chronic cervicitis was significantly lower than that of the SCC (P<0.05);posi-tive expression rates of DKK-1and PGSK-3βwere related with tissue differentiation ,FIGO clinical stage and lymph node metasta-sis ( P<0.05);expression rates of PGSK-3βin CIN Ⅰ,CIN Ⅱ~Ⅲand SCC tissues were significantly higher than that of the chronic cervicitis(P<0.05);PGSK-3βexpression in CIN I was significantly higher than that of SCC tissue (P<0.05).Conclu-sion There is a close correlation between DKK-1,GSK-3β,PGSK-3βexpression and the development of SCC .
