目的:探讨CD105和Ki67蛋白在卵巢上皮癌( EOC)中的联合表达及与其临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测166例卵巢上皮癌患者石蜡包埋标本中CD105和Ki67蛋白表达。结果 CD105阳性表达率为75.9%(126/166),Ki67阳性表达率为66.3%(110/166),CD105、Ki67共同表达率为51.8%(86/166)。 CD105和Ki-67在EOC中的表达呈正相关(γ=0.66,P=0.01),两者的表达与EOC淋巴结转移、临床分期呈正相关性,但与其组织细胞学分化程度及患者总体生存率呈负相关性。 CD105和Ki67表达与患者总生存率显著相关。结论 CD105和Ki67蛋白表达参与卵巢上皮癌的发生、发展;CD105和Ki67均为ECO预后不良的指标。

목적:탐토CD105화Ki67단백재란소상피암( EOC)중적연합표체급여기림상병리특정급예후적관계。방법채용면역조화방법검측166례란소상피암환자석사포매표본중CD105화Ki67단백표체。결과 CD105양성표체솔위75.9%(126/166),Ki67양성표체솔위66.3%(110/166),CD105、Ki67공동표체솔위51.8%(86/166)。 CD105화Ki-67재EOC중적표체정정상관(γ=0.66,P=0.01),량자적표체여EOC림파결전이、림상분기정정상관성,단여기조직세포학분화정도급환자총체생존솔정부상관성。 CD105화Ki67표체여환자총생존솔현저상관。결론 CD105화Ki67단백표체삼여란소상피암적발생、발전;CD105화Ki67균위ECO예후불량적지표。
Objective To investigate the correlation of expression of CD 105 and Ki67 and the clinical pathological fea-tures and prognosis in epithelia ovarian cancer (EOC).Methods Expression of CD105 and Ki67 in 166 paraffin embedding specimens of EOC were detected by immunohistochemistry method .Results The positive expression rates of CD 105 and Ki67 in EOC were 75.9% (126/166) and 66.3% (110/166),respectively.The co-expression rate of CD105 and Ki67 was 86/166 (51.8%).The expression of CD105 was positively correlated with Ki67(γ=0.66,P=0.01).The expression of CD105 and Ki67 were positive correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical staging .But they were negative related with differentiation and patient ’ s overall survival .Conclusion CD105 and Ki67 protein interaction may be involved in the occurrence ,development and prognosis of EOC;CD105 and Ki67 are prognostic predictors .
