目的：提高鞍区病变围手术期的护理功效。方法回顾性分析手术切除的42例鞍区病变的临床资料，结合文献加以讨论。结果全切29例，次全切10例，部分切除3例。脑脊液鼻漏2例。术后视力视野改善35例，无变化4例，视力损害加重3例。结论围手术期良好的护理和并发症的积极治疗是提高疗效、改善预后的重要保证。
목적：제고안구병변위수술기적호리공효。방법회고성분석수술절제적42례안구병변적림상자료，결합문헌가이토론。결과전절29례，차전절10례，부분절제3례。뇌척액비루2례。술후시력시야개선35례，무변화4례，시력손해가중3례。결론위수술기량호적호리화병발증적적겁치료시제고료효、개선예후적중요보증。
Objective To further improve the perioperative nursing effect of sellar region focus. Methods Clinical data of 42 patients undergoing operation for sellar region focus, and the literatures were reviewed to evaluate the effect of perioperative nursing. Results 29 cases were total removed, 10 cases were subtotal removed, 3 cases can not be removed. After surgery, ce-rebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea in 2 cases, visual disorder aggravation in 3 cases and 35 cases had good recovery, 4 cases had no change. Conclusion The better perioperative nursing and treatment of complications could further improve the perioperative nursing effect effect of sellar region focus.
