目的：探讨护理干预对无张力疝修补术手术患者的作用。方法选取2010年2月至2013年9月在我科进行无张力疝修补术手术患者168例，随机分为干预组和对照组各84例。对照组采用传统的常规护理，干预组在此基础上进行了护理干预，对两组患者术后不良反应、住院时间、健康知识掌握情况、患者的满意度、住院费用进行分析。结果经过护理干预后的一组患者，术后发生不良反应情况、住院时间、对健康知识的掌握情况、住院费用及患者的满意度均明显优于对照组。结论在护理质量管理中，对无张力疝修补术手术患者实施有计划的护理干预，有利于缩短住院时间，减少人均住院费用，提高病人及家属的满意度，对医保开展的单病种的执行也起到了较好促进作用。
목적：탐토호리간예대무장력산수보술수술환자적작용。방법선취2010년2월지2013년9월재아과진행무장력산수보술수술환자168례，수궤분위간예조화대조조각84례。대조조채용전통적상규호리，간예조재차기출상진행료호리간예，대량조환자술후불량반응、주원시간、건강지식장악정황、환자적만의도、주원비용진행분석。결과경과호리간예후적일조환자，술후발생불량반응정황、주원시간、대건강지식적장악정황、주원비용급환자적만의도균명현우우대조조。결론재호리질량관리중，대무장력산수보술수술환자실시유계화적호리간예，유리우축단주원시간，감소인균주원비용，제고병인급가속적만의도，대의보개전적단병충적집행야기도료교호촉진작용。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients with no tension hernia repair operation. Methods From 2011 February to 2013 September in our department were no patients with hernia repair operation in 168 cases, were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 84 cases in each. The control group using conventional nurs-ing care, the intervention group on the basis of the nursing intervention, two groups of patients after adverse reactions, hospitaliza-tion time, health knowledge, patient satisfaction, hospital costs are analyzed. Results After a group of patients after interven-tion, postoperative adverse reactions, hospitalization time, the situation, grasp the cost of hospitalization and patient satisfaction were significantly better than the control group of healthy knowledge. Conclusion In management of nursing quality, nursing interven-tion program for tension-free hernia repair in patients with the implementation of the operation, to shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the average hospitalization expenses, increase patient and family satisfaction, on health care in the single disease execution also played a good role in promotign.
