目的:分析观察联合用药方案在新生儿呼吸暂停治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2010年1月至2013年6月间收治的67例呼吸暂停疾病新生儿,根据患者治疗方案的不同分观察组和对照组,对照组患儿34例选用氨茶碱治疗,观察组33例患儿在氨茶碱治疗基础上加用纳洛酮。对比两组患儿呼吸暂停次数、发作持续时间、疾病消失时间以及疗效。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为91.2%,对照组为66.7%,有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时观察组患儿呼吸暂停次数、发作持续时间、疾病消失时间等均低于对照组,两组对比有统计学意义( P<0.05)。此外,两组患儿均无明显不良反应情况。结论氨茶碱联合纳洛酮用药可有效改善新生儿呼吸暂停症状,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the combination regimens in the treatment of neonatal apnea application results. Methods Between January 2010 to June 2013 were treated 67 cases of neonatal apnea disease, according to the different sub-groups and the con-trol group of patients with treatment and control groups were 34 cases selected aminophylline treatment, in the observation group, 33 ca-ses of children with theophylline therapy based on the use of saloon. Compared two groups of children with apnea, seizure duration, dis-ease disappear time and efficacy. Results The treatment of children in the observation group total effective rate of 91. 2%, 66. 7% in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0. 05);while observing the group of children with apnea, seizure duration, disease disappears time were lower than the control group, significant difference between two groups(P<0. 05). In addition, two groups of chil-dren had no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion aminophylline combined with saloon treatment can effectively improve neonatal apnea symptoms in children with no obvious side effects, worthy of clinical application.
