目的:探讨CD44v6和Galectin-3蛋白在宫颈癌的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测25例正常宫颈、45例CIN及83例宫颈癌组织中CD44v6和Galectin-3的表达,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果①在宫颈癌组织中CD44v6和Galectin-3阳性表达率分别为77.11%、81.93%,均显著高于CIN和正常宫颈组织(P<0.05);②CD44v6和Galectin-3表达与组织学分级、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),与其它临床病理参数无关(P>0.05);③CD44v6和Galectin-3蛋白表达呈显著正相关(r=0.415,P=0.000)。结论 CD44v6和Galectin-3蛋白的表达可能与宫颈癌的发生发展、浸润转移相关,联合检测可以为宫颈癌判断预后提供重要依据。

목적:탐토CD44v6화Galectin-3단백재궁경암적표체급림상의의。방법채용면역조화법검측25례정상궁경、45례CIN급83례궁경암조직중CD44v6화Galectin-3적표체,병분석기여림상병리특정적관계。결과①재궁경암조직중CD44v6화Galectin-3양성표체솔분별위77.11%、81.93%,균현저고우CIN화정상궁경조직(P<0.05);②CD44v6화Galectin-3표체여조직학분급、림파결전이상관(P<0.05),여기타림상병리삼수무관(P>0.05);③CD44v6화Galectin-3단백표체정현저정상관(r=0.415,P=0.000)。결론 CD44v6화Galectin-3단백적표체가능여궁경암적발생발전、침윤전이상관,연합검측가이위궁경암판단예후제공중요의거。
Objective To evaluate the expression of CD44v6 and Galectin-3 in cervical carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Ex-pression level of CD44v6 and Galectin-3 proteins in cervical carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical method in 25 normal cervix, 45cases CIN and 83cases cervical carcinoma, and analyzed the relation with clinical pathologic parameters. Results ①The positive expression rate of CD44v6 and Galectin-3 was 77. 11%, 81. 93%, which was higher than that in CIN and normal cervix(P<0. 05). ②NF-κBp65 expression was significant correla-tion with the degree of histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P<0. 05), but there was not obviously correlated with other clinical pathological parameters(P>0.05). ③CD44v6 expression was positive correlated with Galectin-3(r =0.415, P =0.000). Conclusion The expression of CD44v6 and Galectin-3 protein were associated with the development and metastasis of cervical cancer. The combined detection of CD44v6 and Galec-tin-3 proteins can be used to provide an important basis for judge prognosis of cervical cancer.
