以麻竹(Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro)组培增殖苗为材料,探索麻竹生根培养基及关键技术,筛选移栽介质。结果表明:诱导生根时,切取高为2~3 cm 的丛芽最好,最佳生根培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.8 mg/L,生根率达94.6%;麻竹生根苗移栽最佳的基质是椰糠,成活率可达90%,且幼苗生长健壮。
以痳竹(Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro)組培增殖苗為材料,探索痳竹生根培養基及關鍵技術,篩選移栽介質。結果錶明:誘導生根時,切取高為2~3 cm 的叢芽最好,最佳生根培養基為1/2 MS+IBA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.8 mg/L,生根率達94.6%;痳竹生根苗移栽最佳的基質是椰糠,成活率可達90%,且幼苗生長健壯。
이마죽(Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro)조배증식묘위재료,탐색마죽생근배양기급관건기술,사선이재개질。결과표명:유도생근시,절취고위2~3 cm 적총아최호,최가생근배양기위1/2 MS+IBA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.8 mg/L,생근솔체94.6%;마죽생근묘이재최가적기질시야강,성활솔가체90%,차유묘생장건장。
In order to study on tissue culture of Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro, find out the key technology of rooting medium and select optimum medium for transplanting, the proliferation plantlets were used in this research. The results showed that the best rooting medium was containing MS+IBA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.8 mg/L when cut multiple shoot with 2~3cm high, the rooting rate was up to 94.6%. Coir Pith was the optimum medium for transplanting with the survival rate up to 90%, and seedling growth robust.
