为了科学合理地制定食品加工技术专业的人才培养方案,使学院能够培养出满足于社会行业、企业需求的高端技能型人才,特对2012级新生情况进行问卷调查。结果表明,在以后人才培养方案制定过程中要注意引导学生确定明确的努力方向,切实以学生为主体,注意教学内容和方法的选择,以加强2012级新生沟通能力、人际交往能力、知识应用能力等的培养。

In order to make the talent training scheme of the food processing technology professionals scientifically and reasonably to cultivate enough high skilled talents to satisfy the need of society and enterprises, the questionnaire survey is carried out. The results show that in the process of making the talent training scheme future, we should pay attention to guide students to determine the clear direction, pay attention to the selection of teaching contents and method to strengthen the student's communication skills, interpersonal skills, the cultivation of knowledge application ability, etc.
