miR-100既可表现出致癌基因的作用,又可表现出抑癌基因的作用,其不仅在多种肿瘤(宫颈癌、前列腺癌、膀胱癌和肺癌等)的发生、发展中发挥重要作用,而且还可增加肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性。 miR-100有望成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点及预测预后的新分子标记。本文结合国内外最新报道对miR-100与肿瘤相关性的研究进展作一综述。
miR-100既可錶現齣緻癌基因的作用,又可錶現齣抑癌基因的作用,其不僅在多種腫瘤(宮頸癌、前列腺癌、膀胱癌和肺癌等)的髮生、髮展中髮揮重要作用,而且還可增加腫瘤細胞對化療藥物的敏感性。 miR-100有望成為腫瘤治療的新靶點及預測預後的新分子標記。本文結閤國內外最新報道對miR-100與腫瘤相關性的研究進展作一綜述。

Recent studies have shown that miR-100 can act as oncogene or tumor suppressor gene in different tumors. It not only plays an important role in the development and progression of a variety of tumor types( cervical cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, lung cancer, etc) , but also can resensitize tumor cell towards chemotherapeutic drugs. miR-100 is expected to become a new target for cancer treatment and a new molecular marker for prognostic predictors. In this review, we summarize the latest progresses, both domestic and overseas, in the roles of miR-100 in the tumor development.
