目的:为了探讨三甲医院临床护士工作绩效与个性特征之间的相关性,研究个性特征对三甲医院临床护士的工作绩效的影响。方法采用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)和工作绩效量表,对南昌市2家三甲医院457名护士进行调查。结果不同职称的三甲医院临床护士在工作奉献、任务绩效上差异有统计学意义(均 P <0.01);聘用制与正式编制的三甲医院临床护士在任务绩效、工作贡献上差异有统计学意义(P <0.05或 P <0.01);不同年龄的三甲医院临床护士在任务绩效上差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);相关分析和回归分析显示,个性特征对三甲医院临床护士的工作绩效有显著影响。结论个性特征对三甲医院临床护士的工作绩效有显著影响。

Objective To investigate the correlation between job performances and personality characteristics in clinical nurses in tertiary hospitals,and to explore the effects of personality char-acteristics on job performances in clinical nurses.Methods A total of 457 clinical nurses working in 2 tertiary hospitals in Nanchang were investigated using Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and Work Performance Scale.Results There were significant differences in job dedication and task performance among nurses with different titles,as well as between employed nurses and regular nurses (P <0.05 or P < 0.01).In addition,task performance was significantly different among nurses at different ages (P <0.05).Correlation analysis and regression analysis showed that per-sonality characteristics significantly affected job performances in clinical nurses in tertiary hospi-tals.Conclusion Personality characteristics exert significant influence on job performances in clinical nurses in tertiary hospitals.
