以JCG-2500B型隔振器为典型研究对象,开展不同平面度和厚度垫板以及螺栓紧固力矩对隔振器及其垫板组件的阻抗测试,并通过有限元软件建立浮筏隔振系统的仿真模型,结合组件系统的阻抗测试数据和浮筏仿真模型,计算不同平面度和不同厚度的垫板以及螺栓紧固力矩对浮筏传递功率流的影响,从而确定3种安装工艺要素的参数控制范围。仿真结果表明,浮筏下层隔振器垫板的平面度和厚度以及螺栓紧固力矩的安装工艺对浮筏隔振系统的传递功率流影响较小。

ThispapertakesJCG-2500Bvibrationisolatorasaresearchsubject.Firstly,wehad measured the data of mechanical impedance of vibration isolator, which connected with different planeness and different thickness tie plate under different tightening moment. Secondly, we build a floating raft based on the model of FEM, combined with vibration isolators system′s mechanical impedance data and floating raft simulation model. Using one point driving forces as a machine, we calculated the influence of three different technique parameters on the power flow, and determined the range of three different technology parameters for vibration isolator installation. Finally, it is concluded that the different fixing parameters has little influence on the power flow of the floating raft vibration isolation system.
