研究复合材料层合板在爆炸载荷冲击下的抗冲击性能,并且讨论不同铝合金含量以及不同铺层类型的层合板试件。建立一种新型零厚度粘结层单元模型,可以准确地预测复合材料层间分层扩展。采用Johnson-Cook准则模拟铝板的损伤,Hashin准则模拟碳纤维的损伤,运用有限元软件 Abaqus进行模型的仿真计算,并通过试验对比验证该模型计算的有效性。最后得出结论:在适当范围内,提高铝合金含量的比例,或者采用比较少的铺层数,可以很有效地减小爆炸载荷冲击引起的板件变形,减轻金属材料和纤维材料的损伤程度。但它们有负面效果,即会使板件吸能的能力降低。

Thispaperstudiesimpactresistanceofcompositelaminatesunderexplosiveload.Inthe paper, laminates specimens of different aluminum alloy contents and different stacking sequences are discussed. A new kind of cohesive unit of zero thickness is modeled to predict the delamination accurately. And Johnson-Cook criteria is used to judge the aluminum alloy damage. Besides, Hashin criteria is applied to judge carbon fiber damage. Then, the simulation calculation of the specimens is made in the finite element software Abaqus, which is proved to be accurate through the comparison with simulation calculation and experiment. Finally it comes to a conclusion that, either increasing the aluminum content or decreasing alternately overlayed layer number within the appropriate range, will effectively reduce the deformation caused by the impact load and reduce the degree of metal material damage and the fiber material damage, but it has negative effect which is weakening the ability of energy absorption.
