以不同石灰石粉掺量的C30混凝土为研究对象,对其力学性能及工作性能进行分析,得出超细石灰石粉掺量对中等强度等级混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,超细石灰石粉具有优异的减水增塑效果,能显著改善混凝土的工作性能。当石灰石粉掺量为胶凝材料总量的25%时,混凝土的工作性能最佳。在用水量相同的条件下,掺入超细石灰石粉取代部分水泥对混凝土力学性能影响不大。坍落度相同情况下,可通过掺入石灰石粉使得用水量降低的方式来提高混凝土的抗压强度。

Researches on C30 concrete with different contents of ultra-fine limestone powder.Through analysis of mechanical property and working performance,it points out that the content of ultra-fine limestone powder has influence on moderate intensity concrete.Test re-sults showed that ultra-fine limestone powder had remarkable effect of water-reducing and plastification ,and can also observably improve working performance of concrete.When the content of ultra-fine limestone powder was 25%,the working performance of concrete was the best.In the condition of similar mix amount of water,it had little influence on mechanical property that using ultra-fine limestone powder to replace some cement.In the condition of similar slump,Using ultra-fine limestone powder to reduce water consumption,and thus increase compressive strength of concrete.
