为了得到海洋环境下的改性聚酯纤维混凝土和涂抹自制水泥基结晶防水材料后混凝土耐久性特点。与普通混凝土和在表面涂抹防水材料的混凝土在标准养护和模拟海洋环境条件下通过抗压强度、抗碳化、氯离子扩散系数和氯离子含量进行对比。采用SEM、EDS、压汞仪和XRD分析防水材料的作用机理。结果表明:在28 d时混凝土的抗压强度基本相同;模拟海洋环境后的混凝土的抗碳化能力有一定的降低;改性聚酯纤维混凝土的氯离子扩散系数低于普通混凝土,模拟海洋环境养护后两种混凝土中的氯离子含量基本相同。涂抹防水材料后混凝土密实性提高,抗碳化和抗氯离子渗透能力均有提高。海洋环境下改性聚酯纤维混凝土能达到设计强度,抗碳化能力有一定的降低,涂抹水泥基渗透型结晶防水材料后耐久性能提高。

In order to study the durability of modified polyester fiber reinforced concrete under simulated marine environment and con-crete of blotting out with cementitions capillary crystalline waterproofing materials ,the duarability was compared with benchmark con-crete under the standard curing and simulated marine curing,using the maintenance of compressive strength,carbonization resistance,dif-fusion coefficient of chloride ion,chlorine ion content.And using SEM and EDS and MIP and XRD analysis the mechanism of the water-proof material.The result shows that the 3 d compressive strength of modified polyester fiber reinforced concrete is lower than benchmark concrete in the standard curing,basically the same as the compressive strength of 28 d maintenance.The ability of carbonization resistance of concrete for modified polyester fiber reinforced concrete is lower than the benchmark concrete.However,with the increasing of the early standard curing time,carbonization resistance of concrete is getting powerful as well,but it is reduced with the processing in simulated ma-rine environment maintenances.The concrete,s chloride ion diffusion coefficient is lower than benchmark concrete under two kinds of maintenances.Nevertheless,the simulated marine environment the chloride ion content is basically the same in the two kinds of concretes. The study of SEM and EDS and MIP and XRDshows that cementitious capillary crystalline waterproof material later becomes insoluble crystals.
