目的：观察恩替卡韦分散片对乙肝合并肿瘤患者的治疗效果。方法：2011年7月-2013年6月收治肿瘤合并慢性乙型肝炎患者46例，使用恩替卡韦分散片作为乙肝治疗药物，观察其抗病毒治疗效果。结果：患者使用恩替卡韦分散片治疗后HBV-DNA、肝功能等指标变化明显。结论：恩替卡韦分散片在治疗乙肝合并肿瘤中具有重要应用价值，值得临床深入研究和推广。

목적：관찰은체잡위분산편대을간합병종류환자적치료효과。방법：2011년7월-2013년6월수치종류합병만성을형간염환자46례，사용은체잡위분산편작위을간치료약물，관찰기항병독치료효과。결과：환자사용은체잡위분산편치료후HBV-DNA、간공능등지표변화명현。결론：은체잡위분산편재치료을간합병종류중구유중요응용개치，치득림상심입연구화추엄。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of entecavir dispersible tablets in the treatment of hepatitis B cases combined with tumor.Methods:46 cases with chronic hepatitis B and tumor at the same time were selected from July 2011 to June 2013.We used the entecavir dispersible tablets as the hepatitis B therapy drugs,to observe the effect of antiviral treatment.Results:The HBV-DNA and liver function index of the cases who had dntecavir dispersible tablets treatment had obvious change. Conclusion:The entecavir dispersible tablets has important application value in the treatment of hepatitis B patients with tumors. So it is worthy of further research and extension.
