目的:构建创伤患者韧性心理成长早期护理干预模式,为制订创伤患者早期韧性心理成长护理干预措施提供可靠的理论依据。方法将2012年9月~2013年8月收治的63例创伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在常规护理基础上实施早期护理干预,对照组实施常规护理。两组干预前后均采用韧性量表和护理满意度调查表测评。结果观察组韧性量表、护理综合满意度得分较对照组高,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论该模式从“以病人为中心”及整体护理的角度为创伤患者的身心康复提供了新的思路。

Objective To construct the early nursing intervention model on resilience psychology growth in trau-ma patients ,and to provide a reliable theoretical basis for the development of early nursing interventions on resili-ence psychology growth in trauma patients .Method 63 trauma patients treated from September 2012 to August 2013 were selected and divided into intervention group and control group .The patients in intervention group was conduc-ted with early nursing intervention and routine nursing measures .Patients in control was conducted with convention-al nursing measures only .The two groups were evaluated by resilience scale and nursing satisfaction questionnaire before and after the intervention .Result The patients in intervention group achieved a higher score in resilience scale and nursing satisfaction survey after intervention compared with that of the control group .The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion This model provide a new idea for the physical and psychological rehabilitation of trauma patients from the perspective of patient-oriented and the holistic nursing .
