Balance force is an important and widely applied knowledge point in physics, so a good grasp of balance force and a flexible application of balance force method in interpreting rel-evant teaching contents and solving relevant physics problems will make the problem-solving ideas clear and offer an inspira-tion for some obscure principles and difficult problems. This pa-per first described what is balance force method, then interpreted balance force, and finally explained the charm of applying bal-ance force method from the perspective of teaching and prob-lem-solving. This paper broadens the horizon and expands the thinking, so it will open a window for physics learning and pre-sent a field of physics learning.
