With Lenin's "On Dialectics" as the breakthrough point, this paper briefly introduced the dialectical thoughts em-bodied in the theory criticism on Chinese classical poetry, and taking the utilization of dialectical thinking in Tang poetry cre-ation and appreciation, clarified the attitude which should be held on Chinese classical literary criticism currently.
