研究生教育作为高等教育的最高层次,承担着国家培养高层次创新人才的重任,研究生教育的质量直接影响着国家的科技发展水平和自主创新能力。文章立足于河南省地方高校研究生教育现状,分析了现阶段研究生教育过程中存在的问题,如规模小、招生渠道单一、课程体系趋同等。在此基础上,提出了促进研究生教育内涵发展的对策和建议:一是结合地方行业特色,扩大专业学位研究生教育规模;二是吸引优质社会生源,培养高层次应用型人才;三是贯彻“双导师制”,产学研联合培养研究生;四是优化研究生课程体系,创新研究生培养模式。

As the highest level of higher education ,postgraduate education bears the national responsibility of culti-vating high level innovative talents .The quality of postgraduate education affects directly the development level of science&technology and the independent innovative ability in our country .Based on the current situation of post-graduate education in Henan Province ,the existing problems of postgraduate education were analyzed ,such as small scale ,simple channel of enrollment ,convergence of curriculum system ,and so on .On the basis of this ,some advices were put forward for promoting the connotation development of postgraduate education :Firstly,we should combine with local industry characteristics ,enlarge the scale of professional graduate education;Secondly,we should attract excellent student source ,cultivate high-level applied talents;Thirdly,we should implement the double -tutor sys-tem,train post graduates by the combination of industry -school-research unit;Fourthly,we should optimize gradu-ate curriculum system ,innovate the training mode of graduates .
