目的：探讨换血疗法在新生儿高胆红素血症中的临床效果。方法选取66例高胆红素血症新生儿作为研究对象，收集所有患儿临床资料，比较患儿治疗前后各项指标的变化情况，观察临床治疗效果。结果经过换血治疗后，所有患儿血清胆红素水平显著下降，治疗前后比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01），血红蛋白水平明显提高、红细胞计数、血清K＋浓度也得到在一定程度上提高。结论换血治疗新生儿高胆红素血症具有显著的疗效，发生不良反应的几率较小，是临床治疗高胆红素血症的良好方法，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토환혈요법재신생인고담홍소혈증중적림상효과。방법선취66례고담홍소혈증신생인작위연구대상，수집소유환인림상자료，비교환인치료전후각항지표적변화정황，관찰림상치료효과。결과경과환혈치료후，소유환인혈청담홍소수평현저하강，치료전후비교，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.01），혈홍단백수평명현제고、홍세포계수、혈청K＋농도야득도재일정정도상제고。결론환혈치료신생인고담홍소혈증구유현저적료효，발생불량반응적궤솔교소，시림상치료고담홍소혈증적량호방법，치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the blood transfusion therapy in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia clinical re -sults.Methods 66 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia as an object of study , all patients clinical data collected to com-pare the indicators before and after treatment changes , observed clinical effect.Results After shake -up after treat-ment,all patients serum bilirubin levels were significantly decreased after treatment , the difference was statistically sig-nificant ( P<0.01 ) , hemoglobin levels were significantly increased red blood cell count , serum K +concentration has also been a certain extent increased.Conclusions Exchange transfusion treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia has a significant effect , the smaller the chance of adverse reactions , the clinical treatment of hyperbilirubinemia good practices should be widely applied .
