采用 VC++和 VB平台开发先进控制系统软件包。首先介绍了软件包的体系结构,并对状态反馈预测控制算法进行简要推导,着重探讨了基于 VC++的动态链接库技术在先进控制系统软件包中的设计与应用。软件包采用组态王模拟下位机的 DCS,对热水罐的液位和温度二入二出耦合模型进行仿真,结果表明:运行平台、预测控制算法、TCP/IP及 OPC 等各模块协调运行正常,且位于上位机的预测控制算法对下位机的模型实现了完美控制,验证了软件包功能设计的正确性。

Through making use of VC++and visual basic(VB)platform,the software package for advanced control system was developed;and the software architecture was introduced,including deduction of the multi-variable state feedback predictive control algorithm,and discussion of both design and application of VC++dynamic link library technique in advanced control software package.Having KingVIEW software used to sim-ulate DCS for slave computers and the 2-in-and-2-out coupling model for both hot-water tank’s level and tem-perature shows that the operation platform,predictive control algorithm and CP/IP and OPC can operate har-moniously,and the predictive algorithm can control the slave computer model perfectly,this proves the cor-rectness of the software package’s function design.
