以直流有刷电机为控制对象,选用 H型双极性可逆 P WM调速方案,设计数字化直流电机控制系统。该系统以专用电机控制芯片 dsPIC30F6010A 为主控制器,完成了双闭环电机调速方案的数字化实现,并实现了支持 Modbus协议的触摸屏与微处理器之间的 RS-485通信。实验结果表明:该控制系统具有良好的调速性能和便捷的人机交互性能,由于硬件设计简单且工作可靠,在送丝机控制系统中取得了良好的控制效果。

이직류유쇄전궤위공제대상,선용 H형쌍겁성가역 P WM조속방안,설계수자화직류전궤공제계통。해계통이전용전궤공제심편 dsPIC30F6010A 위주공제기,완성료쌍폐배전궤조속방안적수자화실현,병실현료지지 Modbus협의적촉모병여미처리기지간적 RS-485통신。실험결과표명:해공제계통구유량호적조속성능화편첩적인궤교호성능,유우경건설계간단차공작가고,재송사궤공제계통중취득료량호적공제효과。
Based on dsPIC30F6010A which was specifically designed for the digital motor control,the digital DC-motor control system which adopting H-mode bipolar reversible PWM speed-governing method was devel-oped to drive a DC brush motor and to digitalize double closed-loop speed regulation as well as to realize RS-485 communication between micro-processor and touch panel which supporting Modbus protocol.The experi-mental results indicate that excellent speed-adjusting performance and friendly operation interface can be a-chieved in this system,and the system’s simple circuit structure and high reliability can bring about a favora-ble effect in wire-feeding control device.
