针对工程中通过 JTAG和 ISP编程出现的无法下载和电源芯片烧毁故障,分析基于锂电池的嵌入式软开关工作原理、编程过程,总结了导致故障的原因,提出了 JTAG和 ISP 编程故障的解决方案,设计新型可编程电路,并通过一个工程实例进行了验证。

Considering the download failure and over-burning of power chip of JTAG and ISP programming in the engineering,both working principle and programming process of lithium battery-based embedded soft switc-hing were analyzed and the fault causes were summarized to propose a solution to the JTAG and ISP program-ming fault,and to design a new programmable circuit,as well as to have it verified through a practical engi-neering example.
