分别检测了装填8种不同结焦量催化剂的固定床和流化床床层的整床压降,并建立了反应器内的催化剂结焦量与床层整床压降的关联模型。模型预测效果较好,通过预测模型求得的预测结焦量与真实结焦量的相关系数均大于0.990,平均相对误差均小于5%。该研究结果为反应器内催化剂结焦量的实时在线检测提供了可能。

The bed pressure drop of both fixed bed and fluidized bed packed with catalysts of eight different coke amounts was measured respectively,and a correlation model for coke amount of the catalyst within the re-actor was established.The model has better predict result and the correlation coefficient (r)between predicted results and actual values is greater than 0.990 together with an average relative error (ARE)less than 5%. The research result offers the possibility for on-line measurement of catalysts’coke amount in the reactor.
