为了准确、快速分析水质氨氮的浓度,在纳氏试剂分光光度法的基础上,提出根据图像颜色特征值测量氨氮的方法,并开发了基于图像技术的氨氮测量装置。该装置利用高精度彩色摄像头替代人类视觉或分光光度计,通过 LabVIEW自动采集有色溶液的图像,采用无影稳压光源为背景光源,提高了测量的精确度。以该装置为研究平台,根据有色物质溶液浓度与其图像颜色值成正比的原理并通过大量实验,完成了背景光源、颜色特征值和光程长的优选并确定线性范围,给出了图像法测量氨氮浓度的最优分析条件---无影稳压光源、颜色特征值 G、光程长30mm、线性范围0.4~4.0mg/L。

In order to accurately and quickly analyze ammonia nitrogen concentration and basing on Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry,the method of having image color feature based to detect ammonia nitrogen concen-tration was proposed and an image technology-based measuring equipment was developed,which employs high-resolution color camera to replace human visual or spectrophotometer,automatically collects the image through LabVIEW,as well as takes shadowless regulator light as a background light to improve the test precision.Tak-ing this equipment as a research platform and basing on the principle that organic solution concentration be-comes proportional to the image color value,the optimal background light,the optimal color characteristic val-ue,the optimal optical path length and linear range were selected,including optimal conditions like shadow-less regulator light,color characteristic value G,30mm-long optical path and 0.4 ~4.0mg/L linear range for the detection of ammonia nitrogen concentration.
