高校大学生突发疾病事件时有发生，对该类事件处理不当容易导致严重后果，对高校进一步深化改革与发展形成阻碍，同时削弱家长与学生对高校的信任度。在目前对大学生进行危机管理的背景下，通过分析具体的学生突发疾病案件，从中归纳出普遍适用于该类案件处理的预警与化解方案，为高校处理危机案件提供帮助与支持。

Sudden illness of college students has occurred from time to time. Improper handling of the events can easily result in serious consequences and become obstacles to deepen the reform and development in colleges and universities,at the same time it weakens the trust of parents and students in colleges and universities. Under the background of the crisis management of university students,by analyzing the specific case of sudden illness of the student,this paper sums up the warning and resolve plan which is generally applicable for handling such cases,and for providing help and support for students in such cases.
