综述了断裂力学的发展及国内外含缺陷压力容器的评定方法。根据中国石油西南油气田公司输气管理处天然气管道的实际运营情况,基于“合于使用”的原则,选定GB/T 19624-2004《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》作为判据对天然气管道缺陷进行安全评定,并分别采用COD法及ANSYS模拟分析对北内环支线某处缺陷进行安全评定,并对特殊地理位置下的管道进行了有限元分析。

This paper reviewed the development of fracture mechanics and the evaluation methods of pressure vessels containing defects in China domestic and the abroad. According to the gas pipelines actual running conditions of the China Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company, and based on the fit for purpose principle, it selected GB/T 19624-2004 safety assessment for the pressure vessels containing defects as a criterion for the safety assessment of gas pipeline with defects. The COD methods and ANSYS simulation analysis methods were used for the safety assessment of one particular defect in the gas pipeline, and defect safety assessment under the special geography location were evaluated using the finite element analysis.
